LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. Very professional and very careful of our hardwood floors. We HAD termites in the upstairs bathroom, we opted for the foam and for the perimeter to be done rather than tenting… Answered our concerns… we have a son with asthma. Excellent warranty.

Fantastic experience! Though I had to call them twice because they were busy during my first call, they still managed to impress me over the phone when I called them back with the detailed information and answers that I received. So, I guess they deserve 5 stars for that.
For the service itself, it also deserves 5 stars. The servicemen were prompt, effective and made sure to do what they were paid to do (search the house for mice and seal my home shut). They even provided an extra service by taking care of the squirrels that have taken residence up on the attic.
Beyond all what they did, the servicemen were nice individuals, which is why I would be happy to use them again!

Thanks a lot for delivering quality service to my home when I called you for your assistance. I purchased poisons and traps but it seemed like my guests were smart enough to avoid them. That’s why I was really impressed and glad when you were able to corner and catch them.

Hello to the Kilter crew and staff! I just want to say thanks for the professional job done to our house this last week. Your crew was very outstanding when it came to their work. They were also very friendly, professional and I never had to worry about leaning after their mess because they were the ones who did it after their job. Well done! They have taught us the importance of having regular termite inspections. I guess we were just lucky that we were able to spot the termites when the infestation hasn’t reached the critical levels yet and we are even luckier that Kilter responded immediately to our call.

Kilter has a good reputation — heard from «word of mouth» and the 5 star reviews I see about them over the internet as well as the few good reviews they have here on Unilocal.As a result, I had no qualms calling them for a termite inspection.
It was a prompt and friendly service.
Very detailed report — complete with description and explanation.
All questions were answered and nothing was left unturned.
They even provided a detailed quote about their service and information regarding the products they use.
Truly, it was the most professional inspection I had.
Gotta go with Kilter!
