Kauai Shave Ice

We used Kauai Shave Ice for a grand opening of a store in June and they were professional and showed up early and set up their table and all their supplies (we only had to supply an extra table and power!). They are flexible on payment set up (preferred is prepaid tickets to minimize handling of cash) and are easy to deal with and accommodated our requests (e.g., location of table, ticket distribution, flavors). As for the shaved ice, they use a professional machine and the ice is very fine and melts in your mouth without any of the tiny ice chunks you may find in other shaved ice places. The flavors sound generic (e.g., strawberry, lime, etc.) but the special syrups are fantastic and they are generous in the pouring (because of the very fine shaved ice, they syrup doesn’t run to the bottom easily). Our guests not only enjoyed the shaved ice, the kids loved seeing how they were made.
