Joanna Zhang, LAC PHD

It was my pleasure to meet Joanna Zhang at a social event, and was drawn to her pleasant nature. It was only when I asked if she worked outside her home that I learned that she was an Accupunturist. Since I had good experience with Acupuncture in the past, I had actually been looking for an Accupunturist. I asked for her card.
I started treatment with her shortly after that, and very quickly started to feel wonderfully better.
The first thing I noticed was an increase in my energy level. For a variety of reasons, I had been feeling pretty exhausted before I started treatment with Joanna. It wasn’t long before my energy level increased dramatically. That alone was pretty remarkable!
I had been also experiencing a fairly bad acid reflux condition and became allergic to the commonly prescribed medicines. Though acupuncture treatment with Dr. Zhang, it wasn’t long before that condition also improved dramatically.
I wasn’t expecting that her treatment could improve these two conditions as well as they have, but now I have become a true believer.
In the last couple of months, I had to have two surgeries. Joanna has helped me recover from both of these surgeries using much less pain medication then expected.
Dr. Joanna Zhang is a gifted and skilled practitioner who uses different modalities to help her patients. She is also a lovely human being.

Joanna is amazing. I have been seeing her for sleep issues and then for an injury that was caused by a fall. I cannot say enough how she has helped me get through these two things. Joanna really listens to you and takes time to figure out how she can help. She is very compassionate and wants what is best for her clients. I highly recommend her to you!
