Don’t ever back up… it turns the ENTIRE system off… luckily the cash register gave me a refund! ALWAYS get a receipt to show. Good luck. Works well as a quick fix for cutting through some of the dirt… but doesn’t replace a manual wash.

The clerk was rude and impatient. Never going back here again. It seemed like he was unhappy to help me in the store. When I asked for a refund for the car wash he said it was my fault that the machine didn’t start. Thanks, jerk!

We tried to use our fuel points from Ralphs at this station. When the clerk at the counter looked up our fuel points, he said we didn’t have any. I had a receipt from Ralphs two hours prior that said we had more than the amount of points needed. We pumped the gas and returned inside to the clerk where he proceeded to tell us to go to Ralphs for the cash discount of $.20 per gallon. After going back to Ralphs we were told that Ralphs does not issue refunds and that we did, in fact, have the necessary fuel points. We then returned to Shell and the clerk told us that there was nothing he could do. This is either a very stupid clerk or a very clever scam. Don’t use this station!

I have been going to this car wash for years and have always been pleased up until recently. I believe they revamped their car wash recently assuming to better their service but instead my car goes through dirty and comes out dirty with bird poop still on it and water spots all over. I realize these car washes don’t do the super clean «but really».I pay for the $ 8 wash to go home and re-​wash my car. I thought that maybe it was a fluke the first couple times but NO. very disappointed and sad because this was so close to home and work. will be looking for another drive thru car wash.;’(

Last week I waited in the car wash line behind two other cars. When it was finally my turn the machine said I had an invalid code, I tried it three times and finally had to drive through the car wash without getting a wash to go to the counter. They told me the code I had was valid and I would have to try it again after they reset the machine. I drove my car back into line behind three more cars and waited AGAIN. The employee reset the car wash when it was my turn and HE entered my code. This time the code worked. He did not give me back the receipt with the code on it and I figured I wouldn’t need it now since the code was already used. This process took almost 50 minutes! What a waste of time. When I was finished I drove out of the car wash to find my car still covered in soap. I went into the counter and asked for a free car wash so I could run through again at a later time, since I was already late for an appointment. They said come back and speak to the manager on Monday and he could give me a new car wash code. Well I just went in to speak to the manager and he told me without the previous code, he would not give me another car wash. This is crap! I will never buy gas at this station again, and I will drive passed it from now own. I buy a tank a week ($ 60) and now they will lose all my future business. Not the right way to take care of a customer who has bought gas there for the past 7 years!

I love the drive-​thru car wash here. Years ago, the machine only accepted cash. But now it also accepts credit card payment, yay! Only $ 10 for the super deluxe wash with rain protectant and tire washing. And only $ 7 for the basic wash. After I discovered this place, I never washed my car by hand again.

I think Shell is at the higher end of gas prices these days. That said, the folks working here are very nice. I’ve come a few times to put air in my tires. And, when I go inside to get change for $ 1, they just turn the air machine on for me! Awesome!

This is the best drive-​thru car wash in the area. The sign indicates that the car wash machine is new. Hopefully it will not go out of order like the old one used to; it’s rather frustrating to drive 10 – 15 minutes and then find that it’s closed. They also have a little mini-​mart.

I stopped in to get gas on the way to tge Riviera Spa around the corner. With my $.10/​gallon discount for using my Ralphs card, regular gas was $ 3.19/gallon.
Not bad!
