We cane here to purchase some Costumes with a 50percent off coupon. We found what we were looking for, service was good and they were helpful considering they were very busy. They have a lot of things right now so come now as they might run out.

Went in 10⁄05 at 3:30 pm and was the only customer. Asked the lady with light brown hair behind counter for 2 specific make up items. She pointed in a direction; I couldn’t find it so asked again (still the ONLY customer) and she said they must not have it after she earlier pointed down an aisle. LAZY A%$ did not even want to walk 10 feet to the aisle. Will never go again as better service helping myself online; just wanted to give business to local stores. The dead-​head manager had no name tag to report. Such a sad store with NO Halloween spirit. I originally thought the store was closed cuz a huge yellow door sign stated: NO baby strollers, NO shopping bags, NO food… :/​Should have said «NO SERVICE!»

I went there the times and ask the times they didn’t have it. Customer service is poor too and girl was complaining, counting down the minutes until it closed. Went across the street and they had a better selection and customer service was great

I have been buying mine and my kids costumes for about 7 – 8 years straight! I love this store. The young ladies are very helpful. By the way make sure you sign up for discount coupons, i get them every year. I can’t wait to go buy my costume this weekend.
