I am giving her 2 stars versus 1 because I do think she knows her stuff. But her bedside manner is awful. She cut me off, talked over me, and was rude and unsympathetic when she told me to get rid of my cat. I get it, she knows cats can be an allergy problem, but most people know pets are like family so you could act like you understand at a minimum. I didn’t feel free to talk, or ask questions. She is older and seemed to have a script to go through about my allergies and didn’t want me jumping ahead. When she ordered a CT scan I mentioned I had just had one and was concerned about radiation. Because she doesn’t listen, she assumed my previous CT scan was for allergies and that «obviously this is a reoccurring problem» but that is not what it was for. I would not recommend her. There are plenty of ENT’s out there, try your luck with someone else.

I was disappointed with Dr Kadivar’s office staff when I called to schedule for a new consult. The receptionist was unwilling to take down my Blue Shield PPO info to check for coverage for the consult fee. She insisted I have to be at the office to do this. Really? I suppose the ploy was to get me at the office then tell me that my insurance does not cover and I would have to pay the consult fee out of pocket. Which by the way is $ 195/​visit! This is steep. I would have like to meet Dr Kadivar and use her service but seriously the staff is putting up such a barrier that I wonder even if I had use her service how much more problems with billing will I encounter down the road…

She is a lovely, evidence based and intelligent physician! I had a nasty rhinitis leading to headaches fatigue and thick mucus production. My left para nasal and under eye eventually started swelling. Dr khadivar handled my case with a gentle bedside manner and laid back attitude. I felt at ease and was so impressed by her clinical acumen and aptitude. I can’t say enough thank you dr khadivar I can breathe again. I finally started working out and living pain free!

Dr. Kadivar really takes her time with each patient, but that doesn’t mean you have a long wait to see her (the front desk handles the scheduling really well). She is thorough and doesn’t push her patients. She has always left the decisions in my hands without pressuring me.
Dr. Kadivar is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner.

Dr Kadivar and her staff are amazing! I was having a emergency which needed treatment right away and my insurance company was holding things up. Dr Kadivar and her staff worked with the insurance company to get my procedures approved immediately and arranged to get me the best treatment. She is truly a good Dr. Who cares about her patients
