I had my brows waxed and Lam did a great job. She is so sweet and really pays close attention to what she does. I had the triangle eyebrows and was never able to tame them down right, but she really made my brows look better than ever. Gonna be back for getting my eyebrows done!

I come here to get my hair cut all the time (once every month or so) and I am always pleased with the results. The owner is always very accommodating to my wishes and always provides a bit of friendly conversation to go along with the cut. I would definitely recommend the men’s haircut along with the wash afterwards.

I saw this place on groupon for $ 19 and it was close to my house. Perfect I thought. she informed me tht it would only be the front wax and not the butt area. ok. the wax was very painful but I went through with it bc I had not been waxed in a while so I knew it would hurt. after she finished noticed I was bleeding. I asked her why she said bc I had a lot of hair thn processed to put Vaseline on the area. at this point there’s blood dripping. I asked her for peroxide, she brings me back a gauze which was kind of wet. I put it on. an hour later I go check it and the gauze is full of blood so I put tissue on it thinking it would fine and that maybe she snatched a hair bump off or something. 2 hours later I check again and it’s still bleeding so I take a closer look and there’s a piece of my skin missing and by now it’s burning and painful. now I’m at the ER waiting to be seen. I would post a pic but it’s kind of graphic. not to mention she did not remove all the hair!

The first wax I got was good, but my second experience was horrifically! She completely botched my Brazilian and burned my really bad! She left patches of hair as well. Complete different experience from the first time she did it :/​ ((same lady in both cases. The owner))

Found this place via Groupon. $ 19 for a Brazilian? I’m there! The experience wasn’t as great as the price though. Walking in the room, I observed that she did have multiple tongue depressors laid out and I thought «Oh, good. No double-​dipping». WRONG. As she went on, I noticed she kept using the same 2 tongue depressors. Gross. I let her finish anyways and she later pulled out her tweezer, which made me think that I will be completely bald after this tweezer. Great. Unfortunately, once I got home, I noticed she didn’t even get the hairs on my bikini area and I had plenty of hairs everywhere left untouched. Oh, and I had to ask her to wax the back side and she told me that it was $ 3+ because it’s not included in the deal. Fine. I paid up, but I hate that. A Brazilian is a full blown wax. I’ve visited multiple places for a Brazilian (Las Vegas, la, the valley) and this is, by far, the worst for that service.
I don’t take pride in giving 2 stars; however, I do take pride in being honest. 1 star for the Brazilian. Extra star is for the friendliness.

This is the only salon I go to. Lam is the absolute best! She knows everything: from nails, to hair, to eyebrows.
I only trust Lam with my eyebrows. She customizes each wax to your face shape and never over plucks like many salons do. She give you the best eyebrows. I get so many compliments on mine because of her.
While you are here getting your eyebrows done, make sure to get your nails done as well. So inexpensive but such a good job-​the same as an expensive salon.
You will leave Lam’s salon looking and feeling beautiful. She truly takes care of you and has your best interest at heart.
I cannot recommend this salon enough!

I’ve been here more than a dozen times already, and I am not big in review but I just have to do it this time to give this place some justice. The service here is just so awesome. They pay attention to every details to make sure the customer is 200% satisfied. For me, I am more than 200% satisfied and that’s why I am compelled to write this review.
The place is very clean and they pay great attention at cleanliness and sanitary. The price is very right. In fact, I think it’s very cheap comparing with the kind of service and attention that I got.
All people here are very polite, sweet, and friendly. After a couple times of having the service here, I feel like going to see my friends.
I highly recommend this place.

Really glad I discovered this place. I ‘m always really picky with my hair cuts, but I was really impressed by my cut and will definitely return.
