I have been doing business with Joel/​Dr. Wireless for the past 10 years. Over the years, he has helped me with everything from choosing the right carrier & getting the best plan, to most recently getting a new android phone. Joel’s affiliation with different carriers coupled with his vast knowledge of all the latest devices makes me feel as though I am totally taken care of. I end up with right plan & the right phone everytime. And most important, he is there when I need him. He’s great about answering & returning calls, emails, texts and answering all my questions. Dr. Wireless gets 5 stars all the way (I’d give hime more if I could.)
