The girls that work there are very helpful and kind. The beds work fine, no issues there. The only thing I would suggest is getting full body mirrors in all rooms, instead of the small mirror they have that are way too high for most people. Overall it is great though and I always recommend it to friends!

Jackie is amazing! She is so professional and sweet everytime I am in! Hands down the best tanning salon ever! It’s clean and the candy at the front desk is a big plus to me! Haha :) .Also, I came from a Groupon and decided to sign up to get a base for the summer! Best deals and the beds are alway seem in great shape! They also offer a Versa Spa and Mystic Spray tans which are great for events! This is the place to be!

Jackie is the most sweet and sincere person I’ve met in a long time. She was so cheery and wonderful to interact with and walked me through the whole process. I hope my spray tan is half as amazing as she is! I definitely recommend this salon! Solely on her sweetness thus far, until I see the results of my tan lol!

LOVE this place! Especially the staff, in particular Jackie :) She knows everyone by name and starts checking you in as soon as you walk in. Extremely welcoming and sweet. The place is VERY clean, and they’re constantly upgrading their equipment to give you the ultimate tan in less time. Jackie is very informative about the types of beds and will offer upgrades with the points you accrue, that’s always a nice surprise! The Diamond bed is phenomenal! I love my tanning experience here at COP-​A-​TAN in Torrance on Crenshaw.

I love this location. It’s my favorite cop a tan in the South Bay. Specifically, I love the girls who work there. I’ve known Jackie (the manager) since I started my membership a few years back and she always greets me with a smiling face and provides awesome customer service. Couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere! Clean, friendly, and fun!

Look no further ! This is the place to go to get that true beach like bronze color ! I love cop a tan not just for the amazing tan but for the employees too! From the manager on down you will receive a exceptional customer service on so many different levels. I love that each employee is knowledgable with all the various tanning procedures and products… Guaranteeing you will get the most out of your tanning membership! Love this place ! I have been to other places and do not tan as quick as I do here. Its a bit more expensive than other places but beds all well worth it! Everyone there is super friendly. When I signed up I forgot to give them a 20% discount that I had receive on there website and brought it there attention and was told that the owner would not reimburse me that I can use it for future purchase. I spoke with Jackie, the manager, explain that I prefer to recieve my 20% credit back to my original form of payment as I was not interested in having a credit. Jackie worked her magic and emailed the owner and express my concern and was able to refund my money back! Thanks Jackie for your help! BTW place is super clean, plenty of free parking and free mints!

I’ve been a LOYAL customer to this business for 8 years. Pay my monthly membership fee, that at one time was costing me $ 65 a month. Used to love it here, and now, not so much. The rooms are filthy, the walls, the stand up stall floor is damn near black. When I ASKED that it be cleaned, I was told that it had been scrubbed and was all good. Walked in, took a look, and the floor in the stand up was still filthy. I wet the edge of the towel with my water and rubbed the floor and of course, it came up. I terminated my membership right then and there, and she let me. I even left a note on the back of my paperwork that was supposed to go to the «corporate office» explaining as to why I was cancelling my membership, thinking I would get a call asking me to stay on as member and that they would clean the place up. I got nothing. Good to know my years of being a member didn’t mean a damn thing.

Just moved to the area, and stopped by Cop-​A-​Tan. They charge a $ 49 membership fee that goes towards absolutely nothing. I’ve been tanning for years and have never heard of that. Usually once you sign up for a monthly auto pay, you’re in. But not here. Very disappointing. Just putting it out there. Of course they can run their business as they choose but because of that they didn’t manage to grab my business and missed out on my willingness to give them $ 99 a month for their best package.

By far the nicest tanning salon that I’ve ever been to. Aside from the package options being very affordable the staff here is amazing and they always greet you with a smile. The facility is very clean which for me is a HUGE deal because let’s be honest it’s a tanning salon! I’ve used them for almost a year now and will continue to use and recommend them to others

Standard tanning place. It’s clean inside and there is usually someone at the counter. I think they are all way overpriced but there’s nothing really to say about that since they all are.
This is the closest one to my house since Sunset Tan went out of business a while ago so I will continue to go here.
