Staff was very nice and seemed efficient. Although they never contacted me to pickup my glasses when they came in. I called and found yes they were ready.

I brought my 7 year old son here in order to find out if he needed glasses. The staff were so extremely helpful, warm, and supportive that I want to start coming here myself. I sat with my son when he was with the technician and when he was with the optometrist and I was so pleased to see how GENUINELY caring they both were with my son. The optometrist we worked with is the best I’ve ever encountered. She spent a good 15 minutes helping my son feel more comfortable by talking to him about his favorite toys. And this was not just polite conversation. It was very apparent that she was genuinely interested in helping him feel more comfortable. She was highly professional and she interacted with me throughout the exam, explaining in plain language what she was observing. I have seen some rude optometrists in the past, but working with her was like having my son’s eyes checked by a good friend who just happened to know every thing there is to know about eyes! When my son was ready to choose his frames, the person who showed him his options was also extremely warm and friendly. We will continue to come to this office for as long as they are in business!

I think everyone at Coastal Vision Center, Inc. is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed and appreciated how up to date their equipment and knowledge was.
