this place is great. customer service is a1, the food is always fresh, and its never a long wait for my food. leonard is a great employee and was very helpful and courteous. it was a my pleasure being a customer there

I used to love going to this specific one because it was close to my house until I got food poisoning. But the manager gave me three free meal coupons, so I was happy! But never went back.

Horrible service!!! Unforgettable experience! They would not accept my $ 10 bill because it was torn!!! They said their «feeder» won’t accept a torn bill! I told them «money is money»!!! Furthermore, the manager Adrian Fernandez was verrrry rude and called out ALL of her fellow managers to back her up! Woww! Humiliating! I called corporate immediately! Filed my complaint with them! I will NEVER step foot into this location ever again!

Best I love chick fil A. Friendly staff always, one star missing because sometimes I’ll get the cold old fries when it’s busy and I’ve gotten some wrong orders before. Gets a little annoying when they say «my pleasure «over and over again lol but maybe because I’m not used to this good service at a fast food place ?!

Great service with very clean facility. Every time I visit here, I have no problem finding parking. From parking to getting my food it takes less than 10 minutes. Absolute best.

Found in the food court of the mall, this stop for a bite was convenient and quick. Meal was on par with stand alone sites.

Shakirah was the shift leader on 7÷4÷13 … She was super friendly. Got my food faster than i could put my wallet back in my purse. Good service

5 stars for service, as always, Chick-​Fil-​A servers are the friendliest around. The food court is a bit dingy though. If you’re not already in the mall, just go a bit up Hawthorne to the standalone restaurant.

I’ve always been a fan of Chick-​fil-​a & this location keeps that going!
I always feel like I get great customer service at all locations & this was no different! I also received my food quickly & I was very satisfied with the temperature of the food as well.
I like this location because it’s located in the Del Amo Mall which is a mall that I like visiting & spending the day in. It’s located in the food court section of the mall & can get a pit crowded but you can always find seats here.

I was excited when they opened this store. I’m from the South and grew up eating at Chic-​Fil-​A. But… I’m in between a rock and a hard place with this review… I’ve visited this location a few times. (it’s a fairly new store) The first time I visited, the drive-​thru line was long & the food was fresh. 2^nd time, the line was long & the food was fresh again. The 3^rd time… There was no one in line & the food wasn’t fresh. The sandwich was warm (not really hot) and kinda sweaty… The fries were sad.kinda.heat lamped as well. I usually order the Chicken Sandwich Deluxe. Meh… I really didn’t enjoy it. Customer service has always been cool. The employees are nice & friendly. Am I expecting too much to have great food when I’m spending money that I’ve worked for? At least the lemonade is still great! lol Maybe next time.

I can’t believe that I’ve been to this Chick-​Fil-​A location inside the Del Amo Fashion Center before and I’ve NEVER reviewed it! :-O Well, now is a good time to write my review before I forget. :-p
This is a busy location due to the fact that it’s inside the mall and the foot traffic can be heavy. The lines can be long; however, they move quickly. The service at this location, as in all other Chick-​Fil-​A restaurants I’ve been to, is fast and friendly, with a touch of Southern hospitality.
The original chicken sandwiches come inside foil-​lined bags that help to keep them piping hot. The only side dish I’ve had at this location was the waffle fries, and they are consistently good. Their popular beverages include lemonade and sweet iced tea. They also offer soft-​serve ice cream and other desserts, like brownies.
This particular location inside the Del Amo Fashion Center has an upstairs level inside, although whenever I’ve gone there, that level was always roped off. I’m thinking that during the weekend, the upstairs level is open.
As with all other Chick-​Fil-​A locations, this one is closed on Sunday. That doesn’t bother me too much, since they’re open the other six days of the week!

My normal grade for Chick-​Fil-​A is 4 stars, but this locaiton just seems dirty? Can’t put my finger on it! We sat for lunch after a day of shopping. The food is consistent, it is fresh and taste great. Chick-​Fil-​A does a nice job of feeling healthier than a normal burger joint.
We ate in the upstairs area, which had dirty tables, sorry to report. This location can also get really busy because of the mall foot traffic.

If you’re looking to sample Chick-​Fila-​A at their best, I’d recommend buying a «Kid’s Meal» which has a nice snack sized portion of chicken nuggets (4) or a chicken strip along with their waffle fries and you can get their fresh lemonade for the drink, plus trade in the kid’s toy for a soft serve ice cream desert.
In addition, i’ve got to say, their Chicken Noodle Soup is nice and hearty, with somewhat thick broth along with nice broad noodles.
It’s a shame they close on Sunday’s ‘tho…

Finally took my boyfriend here since he’s been harping about it… he really enjoyed it… those darn nuggets… and all those sauces… yum =)
Should have ordered the 12 piece instead… finished my food so fast I wanted more… wish they served it in buckets hah
Oh the service was really great as well… really courteous and if there was something you needed, they’d help you right away.
I know there’s been some controversy regarding this company… but ultimately, we’re just here to eat great food and not worry about all that mumbo jumbo…

I LOVE this location.
I grew up in Georgia, I ate Chick-​Fil-​A often. I loved the movie Valley Girl (I still do).
After eating at this location a few times and then seeing Valley Girl again… I’m pretty sure the opening mall scene was shot here. 3 mins into the film I can see THIS Chick-​Fil-​A in the background.

Yep! After an argument with a friend (who said it was the Sherman Oaks Galleria), I found this site that says the S.O. Galleria was used for exterior shots but the interior (mall) shots were at the Del Amo Fashion Center.

FYI– SF doesn’t have a Chick fil-​a.
And that’s my only problem with the city.
I’ve been eating here for 23 years— and it never fails to deliver the most juicy chicken on the planet.

Yes, Chick-​Fil-​A is a chain but it is a fast food chain that has a sort of cult following. Not as big as In N Out, but there is, and I’m proud to say that I LOVE Chick-​Fil-​A.
So what’s so good about it? The damn chicken nuggets. As a kid I would devour the chicken nuggets in a jiffy and before you know it, I’m asking for more. There’s a wide selection of sauces and you can’t go wrong with any of them, but BBQ and honey mustard has a special place in my heart. The nuggets are seasoned so well, they actually don’t need sauces if you ain’t down with it, and it actually feels like you are eating chicken! None of those grinded up, reconstituted chicken nuggets like the other fast food chains.
Another cool thing? It’s always criss-​cut fries here! Who doesn’t like criss-​cut fries? They fry with skin on, which is awesome in my books.
Over the years they’ve added more selections. Chicken sandwiches are good. and now that they have spicy chicken sandwich, I’ll deviate from my nuggets once in awhile. They also have grilled chicken sandwiches for the more health conscious, but in the end, it’s all about the fried chicken nuggets!
Price has slowly increased over the years but I still find myself going back. Oh for the big eaters, the portions may not be enough, so beware!
Yes it is in a mall. Yes there’s no drive though, but it is worth it to find parking and exercise a little as you walk in. I’m glad that there’s 2 locations in South Bay but the Chick-​Fil-​A of Del Amo will always be the #1 for me!

Chick-​Fil-​A has the best chicken sandwiches. The chicken nuggets or strips are very good also. Don’t think McNuggets; these are actual chicken pieces and good white breast meat.

Their NEW Peach Milkshake… YES!!! Their stinky gross criss cut fries… NO!!! Their Spicy Chicken Sandwich with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes… YES!!! Their greasy bland chicken nuggets… NO!!!
This place is really a hit and miss. Some of their menu items are really good while others are just O.K. or simply not good at all. The service is pretty spotty too and most everything is overpriced. Overall this is really not my first choice but sometimes I crave a good old chicken sandwich and that’s when this place fits the bill!

Oh chick-​fil-​a how much I love you. And how blessed I am to have two of your locations near me. And how much I crave you on Sundays and am jealous that you are closed. So with that being said, and today being Saturday, I had to stop for a nugget snack as I did a little xmas shopping after work.

LOVE the nuggets. They are so crispy, juicy and I love their perfectly seasoned batter. These nuggies are so good you do not even need to dip them in any sauce. Tonight I ate my nuggies au natural. But you kind of have to dip them bc they have awesome sauces. Polynesian is a must. I also enjoy their BBQ and Buffalo.
No fries tonight but their waffle fries are usually good. Sometimes they are not the freshest but they will always remake them for you if they are on the soggy side. Usually get cole slaw also but the last two times it has been pretty bad so I probably will leave that off my order from now on.
They have a new Spicy Chicken sammy right now that is also delish. I tried that the last time.
Last but not least, you have to get their sweet tea. I always go for a large and on occasions I have been known to purchase a gallon. q:
