I just don’t know where to begin! This office has the WORST STAFF IN THE WORLD. I never get to talk to a live person. By medical standards, they are supposed to call back within 24 hours but that has yet to happen. This is a HEART doctor, for God’s sake! Don’t you think they should be calling back in an hour? This doctor is subcontracted by Health Care Partners and he personally seems like a knowledgeable doctor, yet he never offers any solution to my problem. He just says, «everything looks fine», but it’s NOT fine. I am going to file a complaint and find another cardiologist.

Pretty building, but that is about it. The practice and Castleman do not communicate with patients. They are all about the need to come back for further study because they are watching something, but then neither Caslteman nor his staff ever call with the results of the tests that they performed. Two weeks is just too long to wait. And good luck actually getting hold of the doctor or his nurse to beg for test results. And I still do not know what they are watching other than Castleman saying he is not worried about it. He seems like a nice enough guy, for the three minutes I saw him over the first two visits, but the lack of communications and explanation is horrifying.
