Carpet Wagon

They sent a senior english speaking consultant to my house for the appt. He was pleasant and will tell you it takes 1 hr to fit the Bedroom and the carpet we want is available. After we paid him and not only were the carpet late they contract the fitters to someone else. Not only did the fitters come 2 hr late but they did such a poor job. The other Bedroom is incomplete and they put clear scotch tape together. Until they have the right piece of board? Anyhow, when we called and left mss for the sales consultant. He does not return our call and talk about bad customer service. We are trying to figure out what to do with the incomplete bedroom. Carlos is the gentlemen in charge of sending the fitters to job site. Not only is he rude and says do you still want your carpet or not? After we ordered the carpet they screwed up the order. Terrible business practice!
