Car Pros Auto Collision

Beware of this auto shop in Torrance in 22 320 South Normandie Ave. The shop is shady and run by this guy named Chris show contact info I brought my car here for body repair and paint and we both agreed on a price and that he would get it done in 2 – 3 weeks. He also demanded that I pay half of the total cost upfront and then pay the rest in 2 weeks. I paid on time but 3 months later, my car is still not done. I also gave him extra cash to pay for new weatherstripping materials which he never bought. Every week I followed up on when its getting done and he kept saying it will be done the following week. He came up with a different excuse every week why the car is still not done. I got fed up with all his excuse and went to the shop to look at the car, my car’s interior was very dirty and the quality of the paint job done to it was subpar. I went back after a week to see if there is any progress and nothing was done to it so I decided to take my car home. I asked him to give me my money back for the weatherstripping materials but he refused to do so. He said he had to spray my car twice because he wasn’t satisfied with the quality so he used the extra cash I gave him.
Below are a list of issues that I found in the car after they worked on it for 3 months:
— he broke my front windshield and he refused to pay for it. He said he doesn’t guarantee that it won’t crack
— flat rear tire (had a nail on it)
— broken radio antenna with paint all over it
— lousy paint job (see pics)
— very dirty interior and engine bay
— paint all over the rear windshield
— painted over emblems and chrome trims
— front and rear windshields not put in
— lost my rear license plate
