5 stars from me. Outstanding Customer Service. I had the pleasure of working with Lucas. I run a sm Medical Billing Service. One of my clients recommended C3. I have had other interaction w C3 with regards to my client but, this time I had a personal experience. Very professional diagnosed my issue instantly. Recommended a cure, if you will for my computer. Lucas was honest, and knowledgable, cleaned up my computer issue in timely manner n I’m up and running. He even recommended a better security n malware program which is effective n less expensive than what I was paying for a program that wasn’t doing its job. When you’re green about computers it is awesome to have a go to place that won’t sell you a bill of goods and will explain in detail what’s going on! Thanks, Lucas n C3

Chris is an absolute doll. I was referred to him from a friend of a friend.
My laptop was working fine until one day it just wouldn’t boot up… the only screen I could get when I started my computer was an error message:
«No bootable devices – strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility»
So… Ya… error messages like that, I’d prefer to take it somewhere then pretend like I can figure it out because I’ll make it worse!!!
I brought the computer into my work, and had our internal IT guy look at it. He told me the I to get a new hard drive… and nothing was salvageable. :(:(I was chatting with my friend about how devastated I was that I was losing YEARS of important work contacts/​files, wedding planning details and most importantly pictures!!! She referred me to Chris who was able to do God knows what but was able to recover all of my precious documents in under and HOUR!!!
He’s super friendly and his prices are comparable if not cheaper then a place like Geek Squad! Support your local businesses!

I first met Chris (the owner) at a restaurant I work at when he told me about C3. I told him about what I thought was a virus on my MacBook Air and he told me to bring it in so his team could check it out. A problem that I was dealing with for over 6 months was solved in about 15 minutes or less. Nick was the one who helped me out and he was super friendly. They also downloaded a software on my laptop that I can use to scan periodically if something started to affect my computer again. Overall, Chris and his team are great and treat locals in the area even better! Will be coming back/​spreading the word!
