Baskin Robbins

Wow, I would not give any stars, but the rating system will not let you. Everytime I go in here I’m met with the little snotty, chip on their shoulder teenagers they hire and their attitude. To the manager of this place, please, please, hire people that want to work here! I asked the girl behind the counter if they had a certain flavor, and she responded with «Na, we don’t got that anymore,» she waved her hand in the air and walked away. I said, ok, ummm, hello, I’m not done here yet! and she walks back to me. I order a handpacked pint, and I pay. She hands me the bag and walks away. Never smiled, no «thank you», nothing. I smiled and said, «you’re very welcome!». She just glared at me. So I get home, there are huge air pockets in the pint, which means it’s not properly filled, and there are ice crystals in it. Really people, for $ 5.59 a pint please fill the darn thing up. Never again.

I always stop in here for ice cream with my kids, I think I will have to think twice before I ever order a cake from here and expect the decoration to look like the picture ~ can’t even read the writing ! Oh well, hopefully boys at party will not notice.

Walking the Rolling Hills Plaza i saw the Baskin Robbins, hadn’t been to one in ages. I walked in and wad immediately greeted by Adrianna, she was all smiles and very friendly
Considering I caught her 2 minutes before closing time. I saw this flavor called Snacknado, it intrigued me, a mix of pretzel, potato chip, candy bar pieces, fudge, saltiness mixed with sweet, I had to try it. Adrianna offered me a sample. OMG is was good, so I asked for a small 1 scoop with a tiny drizzle of fudge over the top which she was a sweetheart and didn’t charge me for the fudge, it was a tiny drizzle. The other girl was busy cleaning up but was very friendly as well. I’ve been into alot of places near closing time and alot of employees can get pretty grumpy if ya walk in last minute but these two girls were troopers, they kept a smile on their face, Adrianna was talkative and very nice. Service like this will keep me coming back whenever I crave a little sweet treat.

I had to read a few reviews before posting to make sure the fat kid inside of me just wasn’t being «that guy».
Seriously people… put the fair amount of ice cream on the cones and in the cups.
It’s $ 5, and not coming out of your check. it’s OK to be the generous ice cream shop.
Otherwise; place is clean. sure wish they could sort out showing the 3^rd display case with ice cream in it

Didn’t have a bad experience here, didn’t have a memorable one either. Came in to grab a little dessert. Looked at all the yummy colorful selection they have behind the case and asked for a sample without a fuss from the lady working that night. The tables were clean, they had fresh bananas, I believe I saw a sign that they sell Keurig machines at this location.
If you’re not familiar with this area, this B & R is closer to the gym. It’s in the same plaza as the super market & if you’re at the movies, you have quite of a walk ahead of you.

I like to treat my step-​son to something special when he accomplishes something. This time it was for learningto pedal his new bike.
His vice of choice is cotton candy flavored ice cream with sprinkles. Although totally unappetizing to me, he loves his sweet treat and it puts a smile on his face.
Normally I am the type of guardian that only allows him to drink water and eat healthy snacks, so once in a while he gets this as something he knows is special.
