By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. Appointments are scheduled for a reason. I’m completely ok with waiting 15 – 20 minutes but waiting over 2.5 hours is not only unheard of but unprofessional.
The front desk staff was friendly but showed no sense of urgency to fix the situation or make changes. I to take the initiative to see if they had other appointments and also check to see what time he might even arrive!
Note to staff: if a doctor is running late please take the initiative to make accommodations or offer options. Timeliness might not be important to this office but it’s important to everyone else in this working world.

Dont schedule an appointment at 1pm. The door is always locked from 12nn to 1pm I guess for lunch break. But the problem is, 80% of the time, they dont unlock it at 1pm. Like today, they opened at 1:25p and apologized saying she thought it was already unlocked. 5 of us were in the hallway waiting for 30 mins or so. If weren’t for the lady who called the office twice, will they check on the door.
The ladies who work in the office are nice and they know what they’re doing. But it sucks to wait in the hallway for 30 mins. Put a sign on the door at least.
