Danny the owner, has saved me so many times from my pool turning into a disaster.
I just moved to the area and Aqua was the closest pool store i went to. I was intimitated to manage my own pool so i asked him if he knew of some pool guys that can attend to my pool needs. He taught me how to do my own water testing and went through all the logistics of maintaining my own pool. He has saved me hundreds of $ of unneeded monthly pool services. He also referred me to a few pool guys to help me with filter change and back washes last minute when i had family come into town and their priority was to jump into the pool for the summer!

Every time I have called to get a price or ask if they carry a specific item the phone rings twice and then cuts off into a fax machine. Very frustrating.

Called to find out if they did water testing for free. The guy on the phone said yes but that they did charge a fee. When I asked how much since all other pool supplies do it for FREE, he would not tell me and proceeded to say just bring it in and I will tell you how much to test it. So I confirmed to him asking «So you do charge a fee but won’t tell me how much until I get there» and he said yes and hung up. What a jerk! Won’t be shopping there! Too bad as they are the only close pool supply in our area. Would much rather drive to Leslie’s…

Great place! Organized, great prices, and wide selection. As for the staff, the man that helped me was really friendly and engaging, and helped me a lot. Overall great store. Best in Torrance, it beats Leslie’s in my book.
