Dr. Ampudia was the child psychiatrist who helped us figure out how best to treat our child, who was diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome at the age of five. It was Dr. Ampudia who finally was able to correctly prescribe a cocktail of medications that made it possible for my son to live a happy life at home and at school. His knowledge of medications for children who need them is vast, and he digs deeply to get to know the child and the family so that he can make the best decision for that particular case. He monitors carefully, and is responsive when we call with questions or concerns. We’ve been seeing him for about seven years now, and are enormously grateful for him. He’s wonderful.
