Shannon is wonderful and really goes above and beyond. She made the vision we had for the wedding become a reality. Hiring Shannon as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. She came to all the meetings and coordinated all the vendors It was such a relief to leave all the day-​of details in her competent hands. She was there for the setting up and stayed until the last box was packed up. She is easy to work with and very professional. My daughters’s wedding was perfect.

Shannon was the day-​of coordinator for my wedding and did a fabulous job! She went above and beyond to help assist me in what can be a very confusing process. She made the wedding day seamless for not only myself and husband, but our family and wedding party as well. She did a great job helping lay out decorations beforehand and making sure all guests had a great time. She took care of any issues that arose during the day and only interrupted our day to keep us on schedule. In the week before the wedding she graciously attending a planning session at my wedding venue and ran a rehearsal with my out of town wedding party who were unable to be at the official rehearsal. Also, her pricing cannot be beat. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had the opportunity to work with Shannon and her crew at a recent event that presented her with more than one obstacle that each could have been disastrous.
Many wedding venues are re-​purposed when there isn’t a wedding. Normally this is done on days they DON’T have weddings. Unfortunately for this venue, they use the banquet room for Brunch whether there will be a wedding there that day or not, and like a good restaurant, kicking people out of their table is not a habit they get into. Unfortunately, this meant that the people that decided to stay at their table an hour and a half after Brunch had finished were going to be allowed to stay until they were ready to leave, and all of the wedding decorations would have to wait.
Given the elaborate nature of this wedding, as a wedding emcee and DJ myself, I have seen coordinators in situations like this lose their cool, stress out themselves or the brides, and even force a delay in the wedding. I’m happy to say that Shannon’s attitude toward this was nothing of the sort. Instead of getting upset, she simply worked with the venue to stealthily stage the decorations, and when she finally was able to begin setting up, she and her crew worked with the speed and precision of a finely — tuned machine. The wedding started on time and no one had any clue that she and her team completed a multi-​hour setup in about 45 minutes!
At the end of the night, nothing but rave reviews could be heard as people made their way to their cars and headed home from an event they wouldn’t forget!
