Brent and Jess

So, here I am, 26 and in love with my best friend. I’m looking for the perfect symbol of that love to wear on my finger every day for the rest of my life. Finally, I come across Brent and Jess (fabuluster) on Etsy and their fingerprint rings were exactly what I was looking for! The process started in November, when I asked for some simply information and they immediately got back to me with thorough answers (everything I needed was in the FAQs but I just didn’t take the time to read through them). Once I decided what I wanted, they created a custom order online for me and I checked out using PayPal. As soon as the payment went through, they sent me an e-​mail letting me know it was received and they would be sending the fingerprint kit out shortly. I received the kit only a couple days later (Maine to NY is fairly fast for mail). The kit itself was simple to use once I read the directions. It comes with easy to follow directions and everything you need to do it — including three fingerprint strips so you have three tries. As soon as they received the kit back, they let me know that the actual ring making process would take 6 – 8 weeks. FIVE WEEKS LATER they were done with the ring and shipped it out. Unfortunately, when I got it, it was ½ size too small (my fault, I did get sized at a store but evidently chose the wrong size as when I went back it was apparent that I needed a ½ size larger). I asked them about resizing and they said it wouldn’t be an issue. I sent the package back and within one week, I had the ring back and it is absolutely perfect!

They even kept my finger prints on file, I know because I accidentally lost my ring on our honeymoon, and they were more than happy to make another at a slightly reduced price, without needing to go through the full process again.

Most brides I know want their wedding to be unique, and the way I see it, why stop at the wedding? I know that nobody else in the world has a wedding band quite like mine. Same with my husband’s. That’s because he’s wearing my fingerprint around his finger and I’m wearing his.
This is all made possible because of Brent and Jessica Williams. I saw a blog post about what they do, checked them out on etsy and we were sold. But what goes even beyond the fact that they make a unique and completely awesome product, and beyond the fact that it’s high-​quality and über-​personalized, is this: Their Customer Service Is Amazing.
I mean, incredible. I have never been so pleased, so surprised, so grateful to a company for the care and thoughtfulness they put into their customer’s wants. They made us feel special, and maybe we are — or maybe they’re that way with everybody.
