Pizza Hut

We ordered wings and breadsticks and a 2 liter. After placing the order they tell us 30 min later they are out of the sweet chili sauce. Fine, driver shows up and forgets 2 liter. Ok, so then he said he would bring it right back. We live less than a mile away and waited 30 min to call. Then were told we didn’t have it on the order. When we explain that it’s on the receipt we have we are told we are in a area they don’t deliver to after dark. Even though it’s almost 10pm and they were literally just here. So then we were offered store credit. Told them we don’t want store credit, we would prefer our money back. Then was told another driver would bring it to us and be there in 5 min. Once the driver arrived he explained the guy was new and had already gone home. Not only did they screw up our order twice we were completely left in the dark and had to beg for them to finish the order we payed for me were told we would be getting back. Not ordering from there again. Horrible service. I felt bad for the second driver. He has delivered for us before and has been extremely respectful and excellent at his job. But the rest of the party at Pizza Hut completely wet the bed on this one. Tried backing out of there mistake by hoping we were gullible enough for their lies so they wouldn’t have to do it. Dullard
