I was surprised to see negative posts about this company. I had an excellent experience with them. I needed to get my older dog aka Mr. Puppy from Austin Texas to Hollywood, and had posted an ad, Mr. Puppy Needs a Ride to Hollywood. I chose this company and asked that he ride in the pick up truck because of his age. The owners delivered Mr. Puppy to Studio City and let us know when they would be arriving. It was a great experience and I would use them again.
