Very poor service. I had NOCO install A/​C at my office in Niagara Falls. Now they won’t service it because «NY State doesn’t allow us to go on ladders». I repeat, THEY INSTALLED THE SYSTEM which they now won’t service.
Also had them install new furnaces and A/​C at my house. They ran drain hoses that were flimsy plastic connected by zip ties which resulted in kinks that clog up constantly and leak.
