Highly recommended shop off the beaten path in Buffalo. Bob, the owner, is a warm friendly guy who’ll explain how he has the small store arranged. He was so excited by the production on the Johnny Cash I pulled off the shelf that he insisted we play a track before I paid for it. Gotta love a record store owner who clearly loves the music he’s selling. Small selection, with lots of the stuff you’d expect from Buffalo: classic rock, country, hard rock, AM gold, etc. But the prices are fair, the wax is all near pristine, and Bob takes the time to clean every record(he was working through a batch while I was in there). If you’re digging around Record Baron, Record Theater or Spiral Scratch, stop by M&B too.

what a gem! Can’t believe I found this place, right in my neighborhood. The owner, Bob is wonderful; very friendly. Selection of lp’s is great; can’t wait to go back. I just recently went back to vinyl, having gotten sick of digital.

I’ve picked up some things here, never had any complaints. Nice store, has a wide variety of everything and the prices are good. Owner is a good guy, friendly. Everything you’d expect from a vinyl shop. Wish there were more like these around Buffalo.

M&B is a nice little record store. The owners are welcoming and helpful. They only carry used vinyl(and some CDs, DVD’s and electronics). The selection was pretty good(I found 2 records I have been looking a few years for — Exciter — Violence & Force), but a lot was standard stuff. The prices were OK — most between $ 10 — $ 15, with a few(200 – 300) $ 4 albums. The albums are pretty well curated and organized, so almost everything you see is good. I would guess that there are between 5000 — 8000 lps, and it seems like he frequently gets new inventory. If I lived in the area, I would go back frequently and expect to find 1 — 2 albums I would like to buy and leave behind 5 or so that were priced higher than my tastes. It is worth the stop if you are in the area, but I would not got too far out of the way.
