–5 stars because the service at Collins Marine is so horrible. They do not understand what service means, and they clearly do not know what they are doing or how to fix boats. We had a tune-​up and a carburetor rebuild, and new gas. That took them 8 weeks, with empty promises and almost an attempt to give them bribe $ to do their job.
Do not deal with them for service, or slip your boat. As their office cannot manage either. They have boats parked in the wrong slip and then moved our boat even though we were in the correct slip. The worst company I’ve dealt with in many years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR BOATING NEEDS!!!
