Nice location. We dealt with Alex who was very professional, knowledgeable about their products and eager to answer all of our questions! He even told us about all the sales/​promotions going on.
Sadly we did not find thr sectional of our dreams but I was so impressed by the service we received I had to write a review.
Only taking away one star because of how dimly lit this location was…

We just left and we’re VERY happy with our salesman, Paul. My mom has been looking for a set for some time running all around trying to find just the right fit. To be honest she never considered Value City she was leary due to the name possibly referencing poor quality however we found quite the selection and top grade leather and quality. She decided on a set made by Best, it is top grade leathe, power recliners and very comfortable. We were very apprehensive about buying here based on the reviews and we brought this up to our salesman and he assure us that we would be able to go thru him with any problems… we will see, actually we hope we don’t have to! Our salesman was Paul and we HIGHLY recommend seeing him for great service!

If I could score this place «0» I would. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your furniture. The quality is less than average. The customer service is good until purchase made, after that they will tell you that service department is responsible or corporate. My couch came dirty and stained and clearly was not inspected prior to delivery. Than the second couch came, which I waited an additional 6 weeks for was missing a leg! After all of this, the set is poor quality and worry if it will hold up for five years. Do your furniture buying elsewhere.

I was first introduced to Value City after browsing the internet in my attempts to find a furniture store near Point Pleasant with reasonable prices. I telephoned the store and I was immediately connected to a salesperson by the name of Mark. He was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. We scheduled an appointment later in the week to view the items we discussed. I negotiated purchasing two chests and a Queen Sleeper. When I arrived at the store I was very pleased with the staff and the layout. They offer a large selection and are very accommodating. We set up a delivery, which went very smoothly except for some small scratches on the chests, which I had the delivery guy just fill them in with marker. I was happy that they offer free delivery. Overall I would recommend using this location.

This company sold a bed to my elderly sister that is electronic and moves up and down but they matched it with a mattress that is not suppose to bend! As you can imagine this will not work! so when I went back and asked them to change it they would NOT saying… «there is nothing wrong with the bed or the mattress. Well, that may be true individually but they don’t work together and they made that match BUT THEY WILL NOT OWN THIS MISTAKE AND WILL NOT MAKE THE EXCHANGE. THIS company is really poor in customer relations service. I would never buy anything from them as they will not correct a mistake that is theirs!
