Absolute thief!!! He deserves a negative (–5) star rating!!!
I wish I looked on here first. He has the same MO up in Monmouth county too. Gave me a very reasonable price to repave my driveway. Took my deposit at contract signing. Then took weeks to months to get him back. Finally shows up and says he can’t do job as estimated. He checked areas out, and he needs to replace my entire driveway. But he’ll do it at a discount since he already has the equipment in the area. (Never saw it)
I decline and tell him to continue as previously agreed. He then disappears and never returns. Took my money and had to sue him. DO NOT EVER USE THIS GUY!!!

Peter was eager to get the job, recommending bricks and offering a further discount. Very friendly and attentive. Then he didn’t show up for the job. Claimed his grandfather died and then I didn’t hear from him. Finally got him to reschedule for 2 wks later and he just didn’t show up again. Now I am contacting small claims court and the Ocean County Consumer Affairs and the BBB (which rates them an F!) because he has not returned my downpayment (which he quickly deposited the day after I gave him the check). DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!! Like others here have said, he’s dishonest and unreliable.

I give this guy zero star if I could. He is a thief. He is all nice and act like a family man until he gets your money. That’s when he vanishes. I hired him for a simple job paid him some money to get started. My mistake. He broke my drive way and demanded more money or else. He then just disappeared. I called the ocean county consumers affair. He is known to them. Also has multiple complaints with the BBB. Watch out! Stay away from this con artist.
