While I’ve only checked in once at this DD location, I’ve been here many times over the last year. This has to be one of the worst DD locations based on customer service alone. Each time I come, I can be standing in the middle of the store trying to get my DD appy to work and the blonde lady at the counter shouts«can I help you» to get me to come to the counter. Once at the counter, she hustles me though the order process. After I tell her which doughnut I want, and before I can order anything else(which I really want to do), she’ll ask«will that be it?» I give her a second doughnut variety, and she asks again«will that be it?» This scenario pretty much repeats itself until I’m done ordering. When I’m finally done, she tries to upsell me on something she wants me to try. First she hustles me into placing my order as I’m waiting for my DD app to finally load, then she tries to close the order before I’m finished ordering, then she tries to sell me something else. To top it off, the Boston crème doughnuts were in the bag chocolate side down, and the dirty cash register receipt was stuffed in the bag with the doughnuts. None of it is makes sense, none of it is good business, and none of it serves to keep this location’s customers satisfied. Since this woman seems to be the manager, I hope her poor customer technique service is not used by the other employees. One may ask why I continue to stop at this location. It’s only because it’s the closest DD location to my Mom’s house in the senior community about 3 blocks away. I pick up doughnuts for her on my way to her house.

My fiancée loves Dunkin coffee but had to stop going to this location. They are so bent on up-selling you that they’re not paying attention to what you want, only what their manager wants. I don’t even think they’re using Dunkin brand coffee anymore; last visit’s coffee was horrible! Most expensive in town as well. We were in long island yesterday(likely triple the rent) and a cup of coffee was less than in Toms River?

I don’t understand why it is so difficult to get orders right? Its disappointing to be craving a sweet caramel iced latte, make the drive there and ask for extra caramel, only to get home and realize that it has absolutely no caramel. Unfortunately this has happened more than once.

Drive thru or walk in at this DD on Route 37 in Tom’s River. It is a combination Baskin Robbins and Dunkin’. It was easy in and out at this location. The service was good. The quality of the coffee was same as most as drinks were made within the realm of the recipe not spot on. It was good say over Starbuck’s or Wawa or 7-eleven but not truely so good you can’t stand it delicious. Most people won’t notice the difference. But because of this I tried to frequent the other two in the area more. If you are in this area it is ok but keep your expectations in check.

Typical Dunkin Donuts, nothing special, although it is one joined with a Baskin Robins. There is some local construction going on right now, so it’s tough to get in and out, but that’s not their fault. Staff is friendly, coffee is what you expect. A good place for a quick cup of coffee if you’re on the run. Review is based on drive-thru experience only.

You can never go wrong with going to a Dunkin. This one is great. The food and coffee, as usual is fantastic. But what but this place has above the rest is the service. I went through the drive thru before the store opened and ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I was asked to move forward and the food would be brought out to me. When the girl brought it out I asked if there was ketchup inside, she said no. I said it was ok but she insisted that she go get some. She came out with a bag full of ketchup, salt and pepper. Oh I forgot to mention that it was pouring raining out. She went above and beyond. But a simple little gesture like that made my morning. Thank you friendly Dunkin Donuts associate!!!
