I realize they sold us a «refurbished» dryer but the motor NEVER worked. They said they would order a new one and put it in for $ 75. They gave us the run around for three weeks and just flat hung up on us yesterday when we called to see when they could come out. I would not recommend buying anything from them or trusting a single word they say. TERRIBLE experience.

Absolute rip off artists. Called them for service on washer and dryer. Owner came out and told me he could fix them within an hour or two for $ 600, they would be like new and I would get many more years out of them. Told me the work and parts were guaranteed for one year. Then he said «or for just $ 700 he had a set back at the store in very good condition» he could sell me. I went to the store and the set he was going to sell me was not large capacity which I had and was low quality. I chose for him to fix my machines. Then I get a phone call that he will have to removed both machines from the house to fix them at the store, should only need a few days and they would bring them back and hook up. Well, he was paid in full by now, had my machines in his store for WEEKS!!! I had to keep calling back to ask for my machines. I got every song and dance imaginable. Finally, about 3 ½ weeks later my machines come back, they hook them up, and they work. Dryer worked for 2 weeks and washer worked for about 8 weeks. My mother said «call him back, he said they were guaranteed.» Are you kidding me? I didn’t want those people any where near my home. I lost $ 600 to those low life, scamming, thieves. I really don’t know how they stay in business. I found out after the fact that they have a very bad reputation and had a lot of complaints with BBB under their previous business name. Stay far away from this place. Save yourself the hassle and your money. They have absolutely NOTHING to offer a consumer !!!

Our dryer had broken and we needed to get a replacement piece. My husband took the broken piece to them and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, ordering exactly what we needed to fix it.
We have recommended them to several friends and family for their outstanding service!
