Tompkinsville Inn

Stayed here from 8÷15÷2014 to 8÷25÷2014. Was given a room with two double beds. Small TV, small fridge, full bathroom, coffee maker, hair dryer.
The beds (and the pillows) were extremely firm. EXTREMELY. For some people, that would be okay, but I prefer a softer sleeping surface. The room itself was clean, a tad musty, the furniture was a little tired, but servicable. Air Conditioner worked very well. Breakfast was continental, nothing hot except toast. There is a small pool, but I did not have the opportunity to use it. It looked clean, though.
All in all, for the only real motel in a small town, it was surprisingly satisfactory. If you have business in Tompkinsville, as this is your only choice… you could do far worse.
