My wife and I had a most excellent lunch experience at the Tombstone Meat Company food truck. It is situated between the Good Enough Mine tour and the Dragoon Saloon (which is completely awesome in its own right). I travel quite a bit for work and I eat quite a bit of barbecue. I can tell you that this is the real deal. It’s unique, super tasty, quick, and one of the best I’ve ever had. The owner, Kevin came out to speak with us after we finished our meal and he was a pleasure to talk to. I cannot wait to be back in this area so that we can have a taste of this perfection once again!!!

We were next door at the Dragoon Saloon and the bartender said we could get food from The Tombstone Meat Co. They only serve food to eat outside. They only serve ribs, potato salad, and beans. If that’s all you want, they food was great!
