Problem after problem… where do i begin? They killed 15+ bushes in my front yard around my fountain when their staff added chlorine to my fountain without permission to do so. Their pool tech threw gobs of chlorine shock every week into the pool and carelessly got it all over the flower beds and killed even more bushes. Nothing was ever compensated to me for this carelessness either time. A good pool tech should never have to shock a pool if they are properly maintaining the chemical balance. The lawn crew never deadheaded the flower beds or pots EVER, even after repeated requests. The lawn crews blow stuff into the pool every week and rarely skimmed anything out. They allowed nutsedge weeds to completely take over a large part of the back yard, they allowed a fungus to take hold in the front yard. The work crews are poorly supervised and don’t care one bit. I had Stewart for over a year and gave them too many second chances. This is definitely NOT «premier lawn services.»
