This was my worst salon experience ever. I came in and said that I wanted natural looking bayalage highlights. I showed the stylist several pictures of what I wanted and thought she understood. When j got home, the highlights were chunky and an orange/​yellow color. They also started from my root which I specifically asked for them not to. I called several times asking for my money back and after a few message exchanges I never heard back. Will keep trying to get a refund. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but this was a major disappointment.

I love this salon! John is amazing. I bought a Groupon just to try them & I’m so glad that I did. I will be going back. I think this was the best highlight I’ve ever had & John was so quick & nice!
