This is the DMV of plumbers — nearly impossible to get an appointment to have my new water heater installed. They insisted it required 3 men, as it was 2 men stood around smoking for most of the 2.5 hours it took them to do the installation. I requested, on 4 separate occasions, that they bring out a new over-​flow pan (the old one had corrosion from the leaking water heater), and of course they did not bring one. The guys installed the new water heater, and it did no dawn on them that a new pan would be required. USE ANYBODY ELSE FOR YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!!!

Do NOT waste your time with them! They took two weeks and three technicians and I still have a broken hot water heater. They were suppose to respond in 24 hours which they never did. The receptionist Stella is absolutely incompetent. Never using them again.
