NTB-National Tire & Battery

Bought tires and had it shipped there, Setup an appointment at 12:30 to swap out 4 tires. Took them 3hrs just to do it. What’s the point of having an appointment if I am still going to wait. Will go back to tomball parkway NTB. much faster

I came to this place by a recommendation, took about 45minutes to get an oil change & $ 25 to do it!

I stopped by the location on March 4^th at 1 pm. The shop manager said they could schedule me for an oil change and tire rotation at 2pm. I came back 5 minute till two and gave the keys to the shop manager. At 330 I went outside looking for the manager who was nonexistent during my wait and other customer that came in. When I located him he said I was almost finished. At 350 I saw my car go up in the air and they had just started on the service. Worst service I have ever seen I will never be back. Go anywhere but here for car service

Horrible service!!! Made an appointment online for two oil changes, showed up, and waited two hours for the oil changes when we were the only customers there. We were not updated on what was going on with the vehicles and no one was in the lobby most of the time except for the occasional cashier girl who spent most of her time either in the restroom or looking at clothes online. I will never go back to NTB again. Also, this is the first time I’ve been here do I did not know where to park and I pulled up by the garages and no one came out to help or see what I needed, they just acted like I was not there. Even when on the customer bill of rights inside stated that they will come out to me. Another thing, after the oil changes were finished, they brought my car around to the door but not my fiancé’s, who by the way is on crutches and his car was parked all the way on the side. Poor and disrespectful customer service.

Visited this location earlier this week. The manager was great to deal with. Helped me find some bigger tires for my truck and was very knowledgable about it. Will be back for all future needs!

Made an appointment so my wait would not be long. Don’t bother for I still waited an hour and my car has still not been looked at. Will get tires from another store. Greatly disappointed

Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation combo on a weekday evening.
The NTB down 1488 I used to stop a would t take less than twenty minutes; which included vacuuming my car.
One NTB very much outshining the other.

Didn’t call when it was ready. I had to call. They didn’t reset my oil change notice. Charged me the wrong price and had to correct it. Need more people and efficiency.

Almost three hours for an oil change and an inspection with ONE other person here when I got here. They seem to be able to patch tires fine, all the while my vehicle has taken almost three hours. If there was someone in the lobby, I’d have asked them what the hold up is. This is typical of all the NTB locations I’ve been to in Houston. Absolutely horrible as far as efficiency and time go.
