Mattress Firm Clearance

VERY DISSATISFIED!!! Was misled by salesperson Jody O’Neal. He gave us pamphlet with «100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee» on it, sold us a bed at a discounted price because it was the last one like it and never mentioned this would be a no exchange/​return bed. He knew very well we were purchasing for our elderly handicapped mother living in an assisted living facility. The bed ended up being too high and so we needed to exchange for a lower mattress. That’s when our salesperson turned from a scripture quoting, Bible toting Christian, to a possessed monster in cement with absolutely no customer service, refusing to do anything to help us. Honestly, who would buy a mattress for their elderly handicapped mother without an option to at least exchange if it didn’t work out… NO ONE! My mom hasn’t even had the bed a week, has fallen already once, is afraid to get in/​out of bed, she can’t even sleep because she is so stressed. What kind of salesman is he??? What a hypocrite! I would definitely not recommend him or Mattress Firm to anyone! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised today at the Tomball location. We went in and was helped out by Thomas, and I say helped out because that is what he really did. We explained what we were looking for and why, and he did an excellent job of explaining the differences in the mattresses and the pricing, and He worked with us on the pricing. After my purchase I walked out feeling like I had gotten the best bang for my buck. And I am going definitely going back for my next mattress.

Had a good experience buying at this store. We came in to buy mattresses for our boys, so were looking for nice but not high end/​expensive. The salesman was helpful and did not try to upsell. The less expensive mattresses are lined up against the wall, so he had to get the ones we interested in down and place it on a box spring for the boys to try, and then put it back, which he did a few times with no complaint. They picked their mattresses, we paid for them and arranged delivery, which happened when they said it would and without a hitch.
