My son goes here and he loves it. The staff loves him, everyone knows his name and asks after him when he’s sick. They genuinely care. They take pictures periodically and frame them for the parents at no extra cost. There’s also a Web cam hooked up in every room with individual log ins for parents to check on their kids for those of us who had bad experiences growing up ourselves. I’ve had some of the staff connect with me as single mom’s and just as people in general. I think this daycare is fantastic. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 is because at one point I did have to confront the teachers about some false information on my child’s activity sheet (ie, it was pre-​filled in that he’d eaten and napped when he and I had just arrived). I was contacted by the lead teacher of his room and she apologized and explained it wouldn’t happen again, but one of the teachers resented me for it for a while. But her annoyance with me did not extend to my son, so that’s fine. But I like KLLC quite a bit.

If your child is a «biter» then I would definitely recommend this center to you. Our child was bit 6 times during her short enrollment at KLLC and the only thing the director would do as a plan of action would be to «observe the child who was biting closer» it was ridiculous! Do not send your child to this center! They are unresponsive at best, the front desk is unpleasant, and they really could care less about a poor little girl who continually is getting bit.
