I needed a prescription that my Dr. put through after having a surgery. I was using a catheter at the time and this medicine would help me be able to «go» on my own. I was in extreme pain and was in tears when the staff from CVS called to tell me the medication had been discontinued. I had to go through a three day weekend in the same pain and after doing my own research found it had NOT been discontinued. After contacting CVS it turns out that she only bothered to look at one distributor and not the others who still had the medicine. If you are in a pharmacy staff position it is important not to be lazy. Patients depend on you to do your job! I will be taking my business to a different CVS on Northpoint. This is not the only bad experience I have had but the others were not an emergency situation as this one. Please hire competent employees!

I left the ER at 5:30 pm on a Sunday. Called CVS to see if they could fill my prescription b/c they closed at 6pm. Got there at 5:50pm and they filled my prescription right away. Big thanks to the ladies behind the counter!
