If I could give negative stars, I would. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was disgusting. We noticed every table was full of dirty dishes, utensils, and food scraps everywhere. Crumbs all over the floors, countertops, and buffet tables. The cashier (short black girl) was so rude not just to us, but to other customer who patiently waited in line. I normally don’t write bad reviews, but I asked the franchise owners to contact me TWICE via Cicic’s website, to no avail. Poor management, inadequate staffing, rude employees, dirty dining room and filthy tables. We left just after 10 mins of sitting down. That’s why we emailed the owners because we wanted our money back. Since they never replied after our two attempts, we have no choice, but to write a bad review. Perhaps it’ll get their attention. Finally.

Went to the CiCis pizza in tomball and was completely grossed out. Manager was working behind the counter with no gloves, pizzas were all stale — even the“fresh” ones tasted like they’d been sitting out a while. The tables sat uncleaned with dirty dishes on them. The clencher came when I watched an employee take a pizza spatuka, scrape down the dried burnt pizza off the counter with it then out it back in the pizza. When i told the manager he laughed and didnt really care. Will NOT be going back.

Not the worst Cici’s…Had a groupon, no problem using it, so it was worth the 20 for the 4 of us. Ive been to this location twice so far in the last few months. Half the pizzas are ok, very few I would say good, and the rest bleh. The salad bar is super basic and unappealing. My husband did not like much of anything here. But you can order a personal pizza with what ever you want no extra charge, they gladly do that and bring it out to you. I had them do this with a veggie pizza and it was good. The area to the bathroom and the game room the floors get wet, they have a sign out saying caution… but maybe they need to put more of those mats around it since it is a permanent thing. I had flats on this time and slid. I would never pay full price to go here.

If you’re in the mood for plentiful cheap pizza that’s not half bad, this is the place.
The manager is «hands on», and keep things humming. Unlike some other CiCis I’ve been in, this one seems to stay pretty busy.
When my family was in recently, the manager came to our table and asked if there was any pizza we liked that wasn’t on the buffet. I mentioned that I loved the «taco pizza» (not sure if that’s the name of it, but very thin crust with lots of good veggies on it) and he made one and brought the WHOLE THING to our table.
Not wanting to insult him, of course, we ate the whole thing.
Consistently good «cheap pizza», clean dining room, friendly efficient staff.
I just have to not go there very often because I try to hard to get my money’s worth. (Which, quite honestly, really wouldn’t take much since the pricing is so reasonable)

Once upon a time ago I stopped going here and would have given it at best 2 stars but not anymore
The current manager keeps this place running like a Swiss clock!
Pizza is hot fresh and the buffet is always full — the rotation is very speedy. The line moves very quickly. Anything you desire they do not have will be custom made and brought to your table for no extra charge.
He keeps the place very well staffed and very clean. My only fear is he will get noticed for doing such a great job get promoted and relocated.
