Amazing apartment community :) Not only is management absolutely amazing, but this place really feels like home, the community is beautiful! The pool is gorgeous and they gym is well equipped and very nicely designed. The neighbors are all very nice, and I love that they plan lots of fun stuff for everyone too! But I have to rave about the staff though, incredibly sweet and always helpful. My grandmother previously had an apartment in this community, and they treated her like family. She absolutely loved it at Camden Northpointe. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home. :)

Let me start off by saying I LOVE this place. During my apartment search, the team at Camden apts made me feel at home. They were by far the friendliest staff in comparison to all the others in the area. Here are the pros: –The apartments are really nice and have real granite, beautiful cabinetry, excellent bathrooms, and lots of closet space. –The residents that I have met are all really nice! –The office surprises residents all the time. I think this is really cool and above and beyond when compared to our previous apartment communities. –Their events for residents are always a lot of fun! At the 80s pool party(Summer 2015), they had a photo booth with all sorts of fun props. I have heard from other residents they have done Texan tailgaiting parties as well as crafish/ship boils in the past. I am keeping my fingers crossed for this coming Spring :) They recently treated a ton of residents to go to the movies with the office staff who are incredibly funny and great at making people feel welcomed. –The community is always pretty clean. — Maintenance is extremely fast(most of the time). — They have a website that only residents have access to. People sell furniture and promote side businesses through it all the time and it has definitely come in handy for us on multiple occasions. It’s like Varagesale or Craiglist but much safer and more convenient. — The pool!!! The pool is great. Its a perfect set up whether you are entertaining guests, swimming laps, playing with kids, or sun bathing. The gym windows face the pool which always provides me good motivation to keep my heart rate up. The cons: –Parking can be a bit of an issue… seems to be an issue at every apartment we’ve been at unless we pay for our own spot. Here at lesat I am always able to find a place to park but sometimes it can be a little far to walk. They recently implemented a new parking policy which seems to have helped a lot… I am hoping it stays this way. –I love the dog park but it can get a little muddy. I talked to the office about it and they said they are working on getting new flooring in the dog park. I can’t wait!!! Because as much as my puppies love playing in the mud… I hate having to rinse them off afterwards. –I was a little hesitant about the patio entrance(but I love our patio!) The office offered to put a lock on it for $ 50… we just bought a secuirty pole from amazon(I think it was between $ 10 – 20) and it works great. There are pros and cons to every place but the staff here has been really great! They are very friendly and energetic and they make having to compain(i.e. muddy dogs and parking) or request help/information less dreadful because we always leave with a smile. P. S. I would have given them 4.5 stars but that not an option and so far, I am more than just«a fan.» Hoping we will remain here until we decide it’s time for a house.

I’ve lived here for a few months now and so far this is what you can expect from this place. Upon your move in, you can find broken things, dirty grout in your tile, dirty floors which have never seen a mop, Dirty patios… the list goes on. For them charging a 95 $ cleaning fee upon move out, they surely could have cleaned up after the previous tenants a little better prior to our move in. I have never lived in a place that has had so many issues in such a small time frame. The water quality is shit… just look at mineral buildup on the faucets when you view a unit. Half the time you are showering in pool water. Some of the issues I’ve had so far are my sink over flowing into the kitchen, broken washer, tons of door problems… locks not locking properly, coming off the hinges. They paint right over the old dust in the slatted doors from previous renters which is plain lazy. There have been several request to fill the mosquito pond that is in front of my patio and nothing. There’s always garbage around the community in the morning from people just throwing their trash out there. You pay for valet trash per month but they don’t always pick up… plus you get another bill for trash and pest control per month… never heard of that at an apartment. Usually all that is included in rent. At nearly 1300/m for a two bedroom… it’s overrated. Gates are always broken, parking isn’t enforced… I’m glad we are moving soon. We moved in June of 2015 and we are moving out by December 2015 and happy to pay that extra month’s rent to do so but really I’m just pissed cause what they sell is not what you can expect and that conned me into this place. Sure they will kiss your ass and act as though they will attend to your issues but they never really fix all concerns… just necessities. We are in 314 which is a bottom unit. King kong lives up stairs and you are right next to the road so you get to hear the fire department every time they have a call. I know this has nothing to do with the complex itself but just warning other future renters to stay away from this one… So if your standards and expectations are low then this is great for you, if not then stay away and research other places.

This place is going downhill fast. The gates are always broken, the paint is chipping all around the community, the pool is always closed, there’s never any parking and now they won’t even receive packages for residents. With all the other options around here to choose from, make an informed decision before choosing this place. I can see this place slowly slipping away before my eyes and the management doesn’t even seem to care. Thankfully we are doing in less than 4 months, but I feel bad for anyone stuck here for longer…

I have lived in Camden for almost a year now and i like this complex. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I came from Orlando, Fl and the comfort and value you get from Camden Northpointe is reasonably priced, not expensive and not cheap. I would recommend Camden Northpointe to my friends looking to relocate. And the location is close to everything, including good schools.

I moved into this community back in July of 2012. Its home to us! The management here is fantastic, they do everything they can to help you. Maintenance calls are handled within a day of putting your request in.(Way to go Saul!) The ladies in the office are second to none, they’re always putting together fun activities for the community to come together. This week, it’s a take and bake(who doesn’t pizza ???) It’s not only the leasing and maintenance team that make this community, it’s also the residents, they’re all welcoming and very social. Weekends you can find most of us hanging around the pool, and bbqing at the ourdoor kitchen! Its truly upscale living at its best and you definitely get what you pay for… FYI, FORTHEPOSTERSTHATMENTIONEDTHERENT, YOUREAWAREOFWHATITCOSTTOLIVEHEREBEFOREYOUSIGNYOURLEASE… YOUHADTHEOPTIONTOTALKAWAY. Also, the complex doesn’t have control over the traffic, and they don’t have control of the way people drive in the community, which is why the speed bumps were implemented.

Yeah they look pretty, but they’re unbelievably expensive, crime happens more often than not here, they’re far away from anything and everything you might go to, traffic is always terrible in both rush hours trying to get to and from the beltway, and they just implemented a new parking system where everyone can get towed, whether you live here, PAYFOR A PARKINGSPOT or not! No parking backwards, no inspection stickers expired, along with all your other usual ridiculous apartment towing policies! Completely ridiculous! It USED to be nice to live here when it was Verde Northpointe, then Camden came in and raised the rates, lowered service, and implemented their ridiculous policies. Don’t ever have guests over, they’ll get towed too! There goes $ 223! One guy had nothing wrong with his nice new truck, and it got towed for absolutely no reason. I asked him and management could not give him a reason. It wasn’t double parked, it wasn’t over the line and he went out to find he was no longer in possession of his vehicle. But he had to pay for it! I’m getting out of here as soon as my god awful and hellishly expensive lease is up. If I don’t they’re raising my rent about $ 200 a month! Also things around here don’t get fixed for about a month, I’ve had to go up to the office to complain multiple times for multiple reasons. BADMISTAKE living here.
