Estate Sale Angels

Lori is AMAZING! First, she appraised my collection at no cost. Then with loving care she helped me sell my items. Her book keeping is IMPECCABLE. She was so easy to reach, answered every question and called back immediately. She has a vast and diverse knowledge of antiques from English and Asian Ceramics to precious and semi precious Jewelry. Use Lori. You will be glad you did.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy.
I called the phone number listed and a women answers, just a hello, no name of the company. I had to verify I was calling a business.
I clearly eXplained the situation that my father in law passed away recently and the home was going up for sale Monday. Lori explained that she was booked for sales for April but she could come out and view the property. We made an appointment for Tuesday, ⁴⁄₅ at Noon. I gave my contact information and my mother in laws contact information.
The day came and went, NO phone call or show from Lori. Completely inconsiderate and unacceptable for a business. My mother in law is going thru a loss and in the process of selling her home, she waited all day… just even for a phone call!!!
I guess I should have been concerned when I got a call the same day we made the appointment from Lori only for her to hang up on me when I answered the phone (it was my work number so yes… I professionally answered the phone… you might want to take notes if you are running a business)

Stumbled onto this estate sale in the San Fernando Valley. Found a great chair from Ikea in great shape at a very good price. Unfortunately, no matter how hard we tried, we could not get it into our car. Lori from Estate Sale Angels graciously offered to bring it to our house for no charge. We had other errands to run that day, but when we got home our «new» chair was waIting for us on our front porch. Thank you, Lori! Thank you Estate Sale Angels! You’re the best!

In May, Lori, owner of Estate Sale Angels, took the time to reach out to me, and arrange donations to a cause very close to my heart — NAMI Walks of Ventura County. She, Vlad, Rich Bowry, and others of their team were more than willing to help me and my team with over $ 500 in donation items left over from a Westlake Estate Sale. They gave us desks, table and chairs, hundreds of books, kitchen items, Christmas and Halloween decorations, and some knick knacks. They could have easily had a more established organization come — like ARC, Goodwill, Salvation Army (which are all wonderful), but Lori took a chance on us & we were able to add to our over $ 9000 in donations to NAMI of Ventura County (The National Alliance on Mental Illness).
While I can’t give a review strictly on how they are at Estate Sales, I did spend several hours with Lori over two days, and I found her to be organized, very knowledgeable and her team worked exhaustively. They were kind, helpful and serious about doing a good job for the executor of the estate, and buyers. I believe that Lori and Estate Sale Angels really care about the people who have hired them, and the communities they serve. Me, my husband, family, and team of NAMI walkers, are very grateful. Thank you Lori!
