Went here for a quick lunch with my boyfriend. I liked their seating options and the interior was typical dive bar-esque. Service was great and they had a decent beer list. I wasn’t a fan of the food since my meal came with chips but they were bagged chips placed in a basket. Just not used to going to a bar that served my meal with another company’s chips. However, I’d go again and see what else they have.

Great selection of the best craft beers available. Food is always tasty and the service is outstanding and friendly

Interesting craft brew selection. Acoustics for live band a little hard to control with all the hard surfaces. Decent variety of seating options. No cover on this particular visit.

I went for the craft beer selection and I was impressed. The bartender knew what she was talking about. Very much a dive bar, but I did enjoy it

This is a really cool downtown bar! It’s kind of old and musty. They have live entertainment which wasn’t that grand, but no big deal. We weren’t there for that. This place had good drinks and good service! What we liked most, was that they allow you to hang bumper stickers on the walls. We had to partake, so be sure to look for the yellow hair of the dog bumper sticker on the door behind the bar. Were from Palm Springs, Ca and had to leave our mark!

What happened to the Marghrita Pizza? It was very disappointing today. The crust was soggy and tough. Not thin and crispy as in the picture or when ordered in the past. Service was good though.

My review: there’s nothing worse than a tiny bar that doesn’t understand their acoustics are not set up for a rock band. My close friend’s review: the owner refused to shake his hand because he didn’t want to catch«the gay». Need I say more? Don’t support bigots.

Live music, great beer selection(seems like the best in an otherwise limited Toledo craft beer scene) and cool bartenders make this my go to in dt Toledo. Never eaten there or anything, but they have an ample patio and bar space.

Went there last night for the first time, good crowd. They had some live entertainment cover band that did a great job keeping a fun atmosphere. The beer selection was also on point, with some craft and seasonal choices. The only thing I didn’t like was the patio, went out there to hang out but it was just filled with cigarette smoke. Overall a good place to hang out on a weekend night.

Bartender took our money without giving us change. She continued to ignore me as i was waiting and asking for change. My round of drinks was $ 12.00 and I gave her a $ 20.00. She walked away with it. Seemed very shady. I eventually did get my money back, simply because I would not go away.

Be careful of bartenders. They try to scam you out of your change. They often will take your money and not return with the change. They pretend not to hear you. Often, they will take advantage of clients that have been drinking by not giving correct change. Very dishonest group of bartenders. I am not sure if management is in on this. However, stay away.

Amazing… 3 bartenders talking and watching TV… 10 customers at the bar… Be best off lighting a cocktail napkin on fire to get some service

They’ve recently gone back to lunches after failing last year because of poor customer service. The beer selection would be the only reason to come here. The service is slow and overall this place lacks originality. The«patio» is not a place that non-smokers will enjoy. The general manger is rude and has terrible people skills.

Great place to catch a sports game and have some beers! Love that TVs border around the bar area, so you can’t miss a play. Volume was on blast too during a NFC championship game which drowned out the crowd of people having a good old time and taking shots. I wish they had better food on their menu though, that would bump it up a star. Service wasn’t overwhelmingly friendly but they kept it real. Magic Hat #9 on tap was a pleaser… along with seeing all the line of other craft beers they had on tap.

Not a bad place, good location and good crowd for the most part. Good place to visit after the mud hens or walleye game. The prices are what you would expect, a little on the high side to keep out the neighborhood bums but you can expect one or two inside asking for a handout. Also what ever happened to a friendly bartender? You don’t have to make small talk but you shouldn’t have an attitude either.

Awesome place. Service wasn’t fantastic tonight, but everyone has their off days. Amazing beer selection, and good atmosphere. When they have live music, it’s normally pretty fantastic for all ages.

Egh, not bad but not especially great either. Atmosphere misses in my opinion. I guess the name sets it up for failure. Probable a great bar at night but for lunch i’ll ho elsewhere for the price alone.

I tried Ye Olde Cock N’ Bull Tavern because of friend of mine, who works over on Adams, said is was worth the trip over. We sat outside on the small patio and we were promptly greeted by our server. They have quite a few beers on tap so that I think anyone that wanted a beer, could find one they liked. We ended up ordering the Taco Pizza $ 9 to split between the two of us and it was a good size to split for a light meal. The Taco Pizza was GOOD. I love the Taco Pizza at Vito’s but this was much better as I expected it to be for more of a bar and grill type pizza. The crust was crispy, the refried beans weren’t too thick, and the toppings tasted fresh. While there, I discovered that the kitchen is contracted out so that the bar and the restaurant portion are both owned by the same person but not run by the same person to ensure that good food can be served and improve any deficiencies. On this trip, I didn’t get to experience the bar aspect of the this place but moreso the restaurant and I would go back. It has a nice view of the Mud Hens stadium entrance and sitting on the patio watching people walk by was nice. If I had a choice between the Blarney down the street and Cock N’ Bull, I choose Cock N’ Bull. It’s more spacious for the clientele and the food is better.

This is a nice new addition to the warehouse district. I would describe it as a very similar feel to table 44(which I expected based on ownership), but it just feels more like a real bar than 44. 44 gives me the feel of a restaurant that turns into a bar at night place. Another plus is the beer selection. If you like draft beer, I think I counted 32 beers on tap. One of the bartenders told me that they will have a mainstay of about 25 beers, with 4 or 5 taps that they will use to bring in some new and different stuff. It was also nice to see a pool table. It had a nice basic bar menu with sandwiches and pizzas. Most expensive item was about $ 9. I didn’t try any of the food, but look forward to giving it a try.
