Ulta

I love all of the make-​up available at Ulta. But this location makes me NEVER want to shop at Ulta. The staff is never friendly, it is like they are not trained on any of the products. I have sensitive skin and when I go in and want help I have to chase down employees because they are usually just grouped together talking. If you have to go to this location know exact what you need ahead of time because they are not helpful at all.

I love Ulta but shopping here is horrible. Never any help, I asked to try a product & she put it on herself. Another time I had to help myself & a worker walked right by & said nothing. I called and talked to the Manager about what keeps happening & she offered a goodie bag & did apologize. When I stopped in they couldn’t find the bag the associate asked someone do you know about this lady. Wow made me feel like I was a Bitch. I get home & there are coupons in the bag from 2014 Yes expired coupons. I’d suggest to corporate they train this store on customer service.

What happened to this Ulta? Last year I loved shopping here for all my makeup needs. Most recently I’ve been back several times and this store is always messy. A lot of the make up in both the drug store brands and prestige brands are sold out and they seem to never restock… or do I just come in the wrong day/​time? This store sometimes get super messy where sales items are just all over the place and not placed in an organized fashion.
The sales associates are a hit or miss. Some are super friendly while others are just flat with no personality. But I really don’t care to ask for help because I know what I want so the lack of customer service doesn’t really bother me that much. If they can tidy up the store that would be great. I still love Ulta because you can sometimes get 20% off coupon for prestige brands which really is a steal compare to Sephora.

As much as I love Ulta, this location always frustrates me. Whenever I walk in, I’m never greeted. They’re also very understaffed and never have any staff walking around the store willing to help customers.

Got my hair dyed, cut and styled with Tessa, she was AMAZING! Very glad to have found her!
