Hit or miss with customer service. Most of the time it seems like the customer is servicing the company rather than the other way around. They’re nice there, it’s just that they don’t seem helpful. I’ve never had much luck. Walked out of the store plenty of times. I have to ask all my questions and take care of issues over the phone with the 800 number, then come to the store if need be. I don’t recommend going to the store if you need questions answered or problems solved. I love sprint, I just don’t care for their stores.
