BEWARE! Deceitful and misleading business practices. I had Alan come and give me a quote for a water softener. I was quoted in writing $ 240 price for installation and $ 35 for monthly rental. When I received my bill, the cost was $ 448.51. The HUGE difference was attributed to extra plumbing and labor. They knew that extra plumbing and labor would be necessary, as it was written on my quote, so why did they not disclose the approximate added costs on the quote? Completely misleading. Avoid this company!
