Went to family and friends sale and ordered exercise equipment at a great price. Young man in that department was nice and did a great job. Day of delivery Sears called to cancel because box was damaged. Fine. The problem is that NOONE called us back to reschedule delivery, even though we have already paid for item. Called the delivery center and they say local store should have called us to reschedule. Called the really nasty local store manager who said it is the delivery people’s fault. While they are blaming each other, we have paid for item not received and will now be losing TWO days of work for delivery. At this point I would not purchase anything that needed to be delivered from Sears again. They need to straighten out their delivery process and communicate better.(Including their communication to customers.)

The merchandise and selection is nice and the sales are decent, but the managers leave alot to be desired. The are also really understaffed.

I ordered a product online Black Friday I got a phone call today that my order has been cancelled. I not only had to go through the trouble of figuring out what item it was, I had to call and wait over an hour to talk to anyone. They say that online is «while supers last», not only did it NOT say that on the website it is NO where to be found in any of the disclaimers when you proceed to check out. The item in now well over 150.00 more than when I paid for it and all they are offering me is a 20% off coupon. Are you kidding me?!

I can usually find what I am looking for here. The store usually seems understaffed though. The prices here are pretty reasonable and there almost always seems to be a ton of clearance.
