Monica makes sure that this is one of the most friendly places in town. There are plenty of tables and chairs and she will join you for a cup of tea or coffee and a good chat. The store has quilts, fabric, notions, books, antiques and is a fun place to browse. Be sure to say «hi» to Ty is the quilt shop cat but watch yourself ’cause he can be a bit moody. Toledo is a wonderful rural mill town that is a slice of Oregon’s past.
The Quilter’s Cottage also offers classes for quilters which are wonderful times of learning, sharing, socializing and eating chocolate!!!
If you are planning a visit to the central Oregon coast be sure to drop by Toledo and experience Monica’s hospitality (oh yes, she’s also the mayor).
