I’ve been a patient at this office for years. At one point, my insurance no longer carried them — I went anyway.
My primary caregiver here is named Nina, one of the physician’s assistants. I’ve never felt rushed with her. She takes time with her patients and shows genuine concern. She is very forward, direct, and thus far spot on as far as treatment and diagnosis goes.
The front desk staff is great, too. They were able to bill my insurance even though I was told they are out of my network. Still, I would have happily paid out of pocket for the level of care I receive here instead of getting the run around from the family doctor.
Also, if you’re told you need a shot in your moneymaker, don’t worry: the lady who does the butt shots is top notch. Then she gives you a juice box so you don’t feel cheap.
