I was calling around to find a new property management company. I left a message with the office and they called the next day(keep in mind I am in San diego). I had to call back since I missed the call and I spoke with Jim. I have to say he was full of information and was very helpful when I spoke with him. the next day he sent me a copy of the contract to have him handle the work but everything had to wait until my brother got boxes out of the house. so the week of 12⁄18 I emailed Jim stating on 12⁄28 my brother could show him the house and we coul get the contract handled. I heard nothing(email or phone call). I called on 12⁄29 and spoke to the girl that answers the phone who appologized and said she would get him the message so I could speak to him right away. 1⁄11 and still have not heard a word. I must assume his business is so busy he cannot possible fit in one more client. Guess so complaints about never being about to reach him are true.

Run for your life. We had properties here and they let them run down, moved non-paying tenants from other properties to ours and the owner would not even repeated phone calls. We wanted our properties to be kept in good condition with paying renters but Flex did a terrible job taking care of the properties and horrible service. They were fired and now the properties have been repaired and happy tenants.
